Day 159 -- Columbus Day silliness

Today I read in our newspaper that a part of our country has decided that this holiday should be remained indigenous people's day instead of Columbus Day.  They are saying that the Italians (which Columbus was) and the Spanish (who were the king and queen who financed him) are the great cause of all that the white oppressors have done to the native peoples in our land.  All I can say is, "Now I have heard it all!"
