Wifi service was so slow up in the mountains that I couldn't really do much posting without losing my mind. So I'm backtracking to share the best new things each day on the trip.
On Saturday the 14, we decided to get out and explore the area by looking for covered bridges which took us off the beaten bath into small and sometimes not paved roads in the forest. I put up pictures of many of these on Facebook so will say that on this day we went to Bump Bridge and Blair Bridge in Campton NH which is about 11 miles from where we were staying. Then we tried to find Turkey Jim Bridge but never did and then went to Allen Hollis bridge and Flume Bridge at the Lost River Gorge national park area. I took a mile hike to find it while Bill stayed at the car. Then we drove to Woodstock for lunch--cute little town. I went to Fadden's General Store here which was a cute old time gneeral store where I bought some maple syrup as the Fadden's are big producers of syrup in NH. We then went to Flume National Park and I hiked about two miles up to the flume--beautiful! Bill couldn't make the hike so took a nap in the car.

We then started back to our condo and went through a cute town called Littleton and found a great grocery store coop that was kind of like Whole Foods but smaller. We cooked dinner at home and just relaxed.
