Day 74 -- The Road Less Travelled

Today was a big travel day--to Austin to airport 1.5 hours;  flight to Boston--4 hours; get rental car--1 hour; drive from Boston Airport to Hooksett where our hotel is located (45 miles) 1.5 hours.  All new sights except Massachusetts and New Hampshire auto break lights sitting on the interstate look a lot like Texas ones on I35.  Finally, Bill decided he was getting off the interstate and we would make our way to the hotel on a road less travelled. We got on a small state highway that parallelled the Interstate and it was a charming drive. And who should we find on this road--Robert Frost and his farm house from 1900-1911 when he wrote most of his best poetry!  If that wasn't a sign, I don't know what would be!
Two roads diverged in a yellow wood,
And sorry I could not travel both
And be one traveler, long I stood
And looked down one as far as I could
To where it bent in the undergrowth;

Then took the other, as just as fair,
And having perhaps the better claim
Because it was grassy and wanted wear,
Though as for that the passing there
Had worn them really about the same,

And both that morning equally lay
In leaves no step had trodden black.
Oh, I kept the first for another day!
Yet knowing how way leads on to way
I doubted if I should ever come back.

I shall be telling this with a sigh
Somewhere ages and ages hence:
Two roads diverged in a wood, and I,
I took the one less traveled by,
And that has made all the difference.
