Day 209 -- Salmon with cilantro, lime, honey and garlic sauce

Tonight for dinner, I cooked salmon--one of our favorites.  I had eaten salmon a couple of times at Mandi's and loved it, and noticed she cooked it (in great quantities I might add) in the oven.  So I called and got her recipe and did it that way myself.  Thanks for sharing Mandi.  I made the salmon according to the recipe and it was fast and delicious!  This may become my favorite way to cook it from now on.  But I will always defer to Bill's salmon on the grill with hollandaise sauce when he's in the mood to cook!
