Day 197 -- New Listing

Today I measured a house at the lake that we are finally putting into MLS for sale.  The owners wanted us to sell it, but would not let us publish the address, put in MLS, or have a sign out front so you can imagine how successful that has been!  Finally they saw they light and called and asked that we measure the rooms and get it on MLS with the address, but still no sign.  So I went out and did my measurements.  Only thing is, the living area is so big that my electronic measuring device could not measure that far a span--we walked it off and believe it to be approximately 40 feet long.  Never had that happen before!  Anyway, glad to finally have a chance to at least let people know about the house and hopeful get an offer.
