Day 184 -- Best first ever

Today on my way to Haskell for my friend's funeral, I once again got caught for speeding, this time by a Shackleford County Deputy Sheriff in the little town of Moran.  Dang it!  So we go through the routine of id, insurance, and him running my rap sheet.  BUT, miracle of miracles, he comes back and hands them to me and gives me a verbal warning about where the speed goes back up to 75 once I get over the hill, not before!  No ticket--FIRST TIME EVER!!!  I thanked him profusely and went on down the road.  As it turns out that was a 20 mph over the speed limit stop because I had hit my resume too early after going through the town--it would have been quite speedy!  Thank you Lord!
