This day was great because we got to have lunch with our friends Dave and Paula whom we all love and enjoy visiting with greatly. We met at a cute place called the Breadstick in Trophy Club and sat and visited until about 3:30 in the afternoon!
After going home so Ruth could clean up after her riding lessons, we got out and did some more shopping. We went to a shop where I told them I had never found anything to buy because it all seemed like it was for small people! However, I left with a cowl neck sweater and another blouse--all of us left with something as a matter of fact!
The real first for today though, was going to see the movie "Murder on the Orient Express" at one of the kinds of theaters in which you can order your dinner and have a drink while watching the movie complete with wait staff. I've heard of them for years, but we don't have one in our area, and when we are going to Austin, we usually have other things on our mind. It was a fun experience and a good movie!
We also saw some beautiful Christmas lights while we were out.
