Day 144 -- Migas for Breakfast

I have seen the dish called migas many times on menus at restaurants but have never gotten the opportunity to try them until today, when Jeff spent the morning making them for us for our brunch.  I confess, I would never go to that much trouble for almost any meal, but he intently chopped, stirred, grated, browned and so on as I visited with Mandi and the kids did whatever they were up to this morning--football I think.  Finally, the finished product was ready to go so I watched what the kids did, and then I filled my plate with yumminess.  Thanks Jeff for being such a good cook and making me a new dish to try.  I vote you best non-Mexican restaurant migas--and maybe the best of even the restaurants--since I've never tried them at one, I really can't judge!
