Today at my training session, i was able to dead lift (bar bell on floor, I squat, and pick it up to standing upright and back to floor) 102 ponds 3 times without stopping. I couldnt believe ai was strong enough to do that! I love that my trainer knows to challenge me and also when to stop me so I dont hurt or strain anything--she is the best!
