Day 326 -- She-Woman


Today during my training session, my trainer decided I should do a routine different than I had ever done.  It was a "circuit" where I would do deadlifts 21 times, push ups 21 times, deadlifts 15 times, push ups 15 times, and then deadlifts 9 times and pushups 9 times and then start over--in 9 minutes!  By the way, the deadlift weight was 80 pounds and I had to do a squat with each one.  That will mean more to some of you than others--but it was HARD!  I got completely through the circuit one time and half way through the 21 deadlifts again on the second time through!  I have no photo of this because I'm sure it would be "ugly"!  But I was super proud of how much strength I am building.
