319 -- New food items

As you may know, I'm on the Whole30 diet trying to eliminate foods known to cause inflammation and irritability of the digestive system.  I went over that in another post.  But I have found two new food items that are really helping me with cooking and eating.  Ghee Butter--never had heard of it until now--it is actually clarified butter which in some way takes the "dairy" out of it.  Mandi had mentioned in a post on her blog about Primal Kitchen items and I now have a pantry full of those which are all avocado based dressings, marinades, and oils.  Both are great and help me from feeling deprived!
