After the gingerbread house building yesterday, Clay wanted to make Gingerbread Boy cookies today. So we mixed up the dough, chilled it well, rolled and cut and baked and ended up with about 20 of those boys. It was fun to watch him create and hearing his running commentary on everything! I have never made gingerbread boys before in my life because we had an awesome bakery in Haskell that had them for 25 cents each so why go to the trouble of making them yourself!
