Day 219 -- A Day in Isolation from the world outside

Today is the first day in memory (unless I was sick) that I haven't even stepped outside the house.  Usually, I'm on the go every day doing one thing or another but today, I confess to complete sloth.  Oh, I did my share of things in the house but mostly just helped Bill out with his exercises and walking and made sure we got something to eat!
