This is the beginning of the New Year as far as my activities go that I am involved with--workout resuming, choir practice resuming, Bible study resuming--so I guess I can officially say welcome to 2018 and all the things that will go along with it. There is comfort in getting into a routine again, but not as much comfort as staying in your warm pj's longer in the morning, etc.
And to start my health and fitness program today, my trainer had me dead lift 85 pounds 10 times and 95 pounds 10 times which I was able to do after laying out for a while.
